Cancellation and Appointment Policy

Ziggy’s Manager has the discretion to charge the client a no-show fee, if the client does not show up for their appointment.

Ziggy’s may also charge a late cancellation fee if the appointment is not cancelled inside of 2 hours of the clients reservation.

All colour appointments will be charged an additional fee if no-show or a late cancellation. All bookings can be managed by client via Ziggy’s App. An accurate quote can only be provided in salon by your hairdresser/barber, we offer accurate quotes with all our complimentary consultations.

Prices are subject to change by Mangers without notice. The client’s satisfaction is our ultimate priority. If you did not get what you requested, please let us know within 7 days. We will invite you for a complimentary appointment to rectify the issue.
